By accessing or using Going, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.
Use of the platform
You must be at least 13 years old to use Going. You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
User content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Going (such as trip plans, preferences, and notes). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content to provide and improve our services.
AI-generated content
Going uses AI to generate trip suggestions, itineraries, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all AI-generated content is complete, accurate, or suitable for your needs. You are responsible for verifying all information before making travel decisions.
Third-party services
Going integrates with third-party services (such as Google Maps and OpenAI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to Going will cease, but certain provisions (such as liability limitations) will survive.
Limitation of liability
Going is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or travel disruptions. Our total liability to you will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of Going after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
